Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping timelines are estimates and begin once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier. Haus of Sintimates is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Killeen, Texas by request. If local pickup is not showing as an option at checkout, please message us before placing your order. Orders placed without prior confirmation may be shipped instead. Pickup details, including location and time, will be provided after purchase confirmation.
